"Discount code didn’t work again"
The promos looked good at first, but when I got to checkout, the price stayed exactly the same. Frustrating since I was expecting the discount to actually apply.

"Refund Adventure I Didn’t Sign Up For"
Getting my refund was way more of a hassle than it needed to be. I had to email them a few times before anyone gave me a clear answer, which was super fun, obviously. They did eventually send the money back, so points for finally doing the basic thing, but the whole process felt messy and painfully slow. Definitely not ideal if you’re hoping for a quick fix

"Not really worth the price"
I didn’t feel like this was worth what I paid. The prices already seemed a bit high for what you get, and then the extra costs just made it feel like even less of a deal. I mean, you’d assume if you’re paying more, there’d be something special about it, but I didn’t really see that. Sure I could’ve found the same stuff cheaper somewhere else.

"Kind of confusing trying to get an update"
I reached out to ask about my order, but the replies took a while and left me a bit confused. The answers were vague, so I ended up having to follow up twice just to understand what was going on. The product itself was fine, but the communication could’ve been a lot clearer

"Checkout was frustrating"
I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my card info. I’m not totally sure if it was the site, my browser, or something on my end, but I had to refresh and start over twice, which got old fast.
Then the shipping cost seemed to change at the very last step, unless I somehow missed something earlier. Either way, it was annoying enough that I just gave up. Definitely didn’t feel like a smooth checkout experience.

"Frustrating site that kept glitching on me"
I tried placing an order on mollysspirits.com, but the whole thing ended up being more irritating than I expected. The pages were loading slowly on my end, the filters didn’t really narrow things down in a useful way, and after a couple of tries I started assuming there was a pattern to the cart acting up whenever I changed the quantity.
Checkout wasn’t much better. It felt clunky, I had to type in some info again, and I still wasn’t totally sure whether the order had actually gone through. Maybe other people have a smoother experience, but for me it was enough hassle that I just gave up

"Something about it felt a bit off"
I don’t know, something about it just didn’t feel very clean inside. The floors were kind of sticky, and the shelves had a noticeable layer of dust. It wasn’t the worst place ever, but it definitely could use a better cleaning

I asked a couple of basic questions, and the staff seemed really unsure about the answers. I get that everyone has off days, but as a customer, it’s frustrating when you’re just trying to get simple info. I imagine other customers would feel the same way if they came in needing quick help.

"Got the wrong bottle"
I ordered a few bottles from Molly’s Spirits, and yeah, one of them wasn’t what I actually picked. The receipt had the right item on it, but when I opened the box, there was a different bottle inside. Shipping itself was totally fine, no issues there. It was just kind of frustrating having to reach out to support over something that should’ve been packed right in the first place. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I was hoping. Not a terrible experience, but I definitely expected the order to be more accurate

"Showed in stock, then suddenly wasn’t"
I placed the order because the site said it was in stock, but after ordering I was told they didn’t actually have it. The frustrating part was that nobody seemed to take ownership of the issue, just got passed around with no real explanation or solution.

"Pickup was kind of a mess"
I ordered online for local pickup thinking it’d be quick, but nope. Got there and my order wasn’t ready, so I stood around while they tried to track it down like a bunch of headless chickens. They finally found it, but of course one item was missing, so I had to wait even longer. The staff were nice enough, so I’m not mad at them personally, but the whole thing felt disorganized and dumb. Not the worst experience ever, but pickup really shouldn’t be this much of a hassle.

"Still not resolved, unlike other services I’ve used"
I was really hoping they’d be able to help, but the issue still hasn’t been fixed. I’ve had better experiences with competitors where support was quicker and actually followed through. Unfortunately, this felt like I didn’t get much help at all.

"Shipping took forever"
The shipping was way slower than it should’ve been. I kept checking for updates and half the time there was barely any useful info, which was super frustrating. Like, if something’s delayed, fine, but at least keep me posted? Definitely not the place I’d order from if I needed something anytime soon

"Prices felt higher than they should be"
I checked out mollysspirits.com hoping to order a bottle, but the prices were a lot higher than I expected. I don’t mind paying a fair price, especially if a shop has good service or harder-to-find items, but this felt a bit much.

A few bottles I looked at were cheaper at other stores before shipping was even added. Once shipping showed up in the total, it really didn’t feel like a reasonable deal anymore.

To be fair, they might be worth considering if they have something you truly can’t find anywhere else. But for everyday bottles, I didn’t see enough value to justify the extra cost, so I ended up buying somewhere else

"Return policy is about as bad as it gets"
I tried to return an item the whole process felt like a joke. It took around a week just to get a clear answer, and even then it seemed like there were about 10 little rules they could point to for why they wouldn’t make it easy. Not a great experience
